Smiths of Geelong used cars have a 5 year/200,000 kilometre mechanical warranty which is extended from 90 days or 5,000 kilometres, however this offer excludes vehicles under $10,000 or 4 Wheel Drives.
At Smiths of Geelong we do every thing we can to avoid disagreement with our customers and believe that the initiative we have shown with our extended warranty proves your importance to us. At Smith's we try and remove any risk of misunderstanding from any sale.
Our promise to you
We have a "promise sheet" process that is used to record all promises and conditions of sale for both parties. This is filled out at the time of sale and signed by both the customer and Smiths of Geelong. Both parties have a copy and know exactly what is expected during the sale and in the future.
